The challenge:

Over the last ten years, the company directors and their team of dynamic recruitment consultants have built a solid, trustworthy reputation that has made Ellis Mack one of Scotland’s most respected and consistent recruitment firms.

They did this primarily through hard work and word-of-mouth, but EM was seeking more for their business and wanted to find the most suitable candidates out there. They tried working with a number of digital marketing companies but found that their investment was higher than their return.
